The Role
The strength of gunnercooke comes from the calibre of lawyers and operational leaders that deliver legal and professional services under the gunnercooke brand. The purpose of the role of Head of Recruitment Marketing is to develop a strategy and then creative marketing programmes that will generate inbound enquiries from lawyers and operations professional that match our recruitment personas.
Responsibilities
- Develop a recruitment marketing strategy with highly creative, stand-out marketing campaigns that deliver high quality inbound leads to the recruitment team.
- Consistently look for new and creative ways to target lawyers and operating professionals with recruitment messages.
- Provide detailed reporting on the success and ROI of campaigns based on conversion rates and ultimately revenue to the business.
- Utilise HubSpot as a tool to manage recruitment leads and to nurture candidates as they pass through the recruitment funnel.
- Work with the international offices to provide them with guidance for their recruitment activity based on the successes achieved in the UK.
- Work closely with the Global Recruitment Director and the recruitment teams to understand how leads are converting and where improvements can be made.
- Work closely with the marketing services team to ensure that the recruitment campaigns are effectively implemented and appropriate ROI is reported
The Person
Experience
- Applicants must have at least 7 years of experience running attraction campaigns.
- Experience of working in a busy environment and working with cross-functional teams.
- Professional services experience is desirable but not essential.
