Overview:

Are you passionate about data analytics to unlock insights that drive innovation, optimization, and smarter decisions across cultures and languages? We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Globalization Team, where you’ll play a key role in turning raw numbers into meaningful insights that drive smarter global decisions. This role combines data analysis with operational and administrative support - perfect for a detail-oriented, proactive individual looking to grow in the field of analytics.


You’ll support our team with:

  • Assisting in building and maintaining interactive reports and dashboards to track KPIs, localization performance, cost efficiency, and language quality;
  • Analyzing data from multiple sources to guide localization business strategies;
  • Assisting with admin and operational tasks like project cost tracking and invoicing;
  • Supporting the development of reports that help regional and field teams make informed decisions based on data-driven insights;
  • Helping analyze localization data to assess consistency, accuracy, and reliability, while also contributing fresh ideas for improving processes and automation;
  • Documenting localization workflows and processes to ensure clarity and scalability across global operations;
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders and leadership.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business, or related field).
  • Microsoft Excel (Macros, pivot tables, vlookups, data cleaning), Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Power BI skills, and other basic data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience with SQL: Ability to write queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing techniques.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language commonly used in data analysis, Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn) and R (tidyverse, ggplot2).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) is a plus.
  • Comfort using collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Teams.
  • Fluent in English and strong in organization and communication skills.
