Verantwortung

Technische Verantwortung in Projekten: Architektur, Qualitätssicherung und Führung des Dev-Teams
Erstellung von Konzepten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen in enger Abstimmung mit Projektmanagement
Coaching der Entwickler:innen, Implementierung von Best Practices und Standards
Evaluation neuer Technologien zur Sicherstellung zukunftsfähiger Lösungen
Übersetzung komplexer Anforderungen in smarte, skalierbare und sichere Produkte
Balance zwischen Hands-on-Coding und strategischer Projektleitung

Qualifikationen

FH/HF-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Praxiserfahrung
Erfahrene:r Architekt:in für Weblösungen (z. B. Laravel, Symfony) mit sicherem Verständnis von Systemmechanik
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Frontend-Frameworks, bevorzugt Vue.js
Erfahrung in Systemarchitektur, Integrationen (APIs, Shop-Systeme, Headless CMS) und Cloud-Umgebungen
Fliessendes Deutsch; Englisch von Vorteil
