Using a proprietary financial platform, Ferratum enables real-time credit scoring and instant consumer credit access, ensuring responsible and seamless banking.
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior FP&A Manager to join our team in Estonia. In this role, you will provide financial guidance to management and stakeholders, support strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
Your Focus
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare and present high-quality financial reports, forecasts, dashboards, and variance analyses.
- Conduct scenario analyses and deliver concise commentary on business performance.
- Own and improve budgeting and forecasting processes in alignment with company goals.
- Utilize and enhance financial tools, BI platforms, ERP, and planning systems.
- Partner with sales, risk, operations, and accounting teams to support business objectives.
Required skills & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in fintech, banking, or lending.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and financial planning systems.
- In-depth knowledge of lending/financial industry models and metrics.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Profeffiency in Workday Adapative Planning
- Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA).
- Familiarity with IFRS 9 and credit risk accounting.
- Experience with transfer pricing, corporate governance, or M&A financial modeling and due diligence.
