At Sellforte, we have spent the past eight years building a powerful Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) SaaS platform that helps companies measure and improve the effectiveness of their marketing (demo here). Our solution is trusted by leading brands such as Lidl, C&A, Decathlon and Telenor, with many more highlighted on our website.
We are now entering our next chapter. Having proven the value of our analytics, we are expanding the platform with features that make it easier to use and even more valuable for our customers. This means creating self-serve onboarding flows, advanced optimization and planning tools, improved analytics views, configuration options and user experiences that fit seamlessly into customers’ daily work.
The role
We are looking for a (Senior) Full Stack Developer to strengthen our core product team and help build these new features that will define Sellforte’s future.
In this role, you will:
- Build new features. Develop frontend workflows and backend services that power our next phase, from self-serve onboarding to marketing optimization tools. You will work with our multidisciplinary team to design, develop, test and iterate features together with customers.
- Improve existing functionality. We continuously receive customer feedback, and you will work with our Customer Success team to turn the best ideas into product improvements.
- Keep things running. Bugs and issues happen, and part of your work will be to fix and improve what is already there.
- Strong experience as a full stack developer and deep familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Vue.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS (or similar stack)
- End-user mindset and eagerness to iterate with real customers to find the best solutions
- Proactive and self-starting approach; you take ownership and look for solutions rather than wait for instructions
- Comfort working in an environment that is still evolving, where processes are being shaped together
- Fluent English communication skills
You will collaborate across the company:
- Your manager, Teppo Luukkonen (CTO & Co-founder). He will be your direct lead and support in technical decisions.
- Core development team. Including our founders and senior engineers, working on features that customers and our team use every day.
- Customer Success team. They bring insights from customers and help prioritize improvements.
- Customer Data Scientists. They build the analytical capabilities of the product in close collaboration with you and the rest of the team.
- A globally unique product. Help shape a SaaS platform that is changing how marketing is measured.
- International and interdisciplinary team. A close group of 35+ people from 8+ nationalities.
- Flat hierarchy and high trust. We value ownership, transparency, and collaboration.
- Career growth from day one. Take real responsibility, make an impact, and grow with the company.
- Flexibility. Some of our team members work mostly at the office, while others prefer to work almost fully remotely. We support both ways of working. To get fully integrated during your first six months, we ask that you spend more than half of your weekdays at the office.
- Competitive compensation. 4000-5000 EUR per month of salary (5000-6000 EUR for senior) depending on your seniority and experience, plus participation in company's stock option plan.
- Comprehensive benefits. Full paid holidays from the start (5 weeks/year, prorata), occupational healthcare (via Heltti), 25% subsidized lunch, modern work equipment including phone and laptop, insurance coverage, and home care services for sick children.
- Option program. Share in the company’s long term success through our stock option programme.
- Openness to your needs. Whether you need flexibility, specific support or just clarity on how we work, we are happy to talk.
Apply by 01 October 2025. We review applications continuously and start interviews as soon as we find a strong match.
Our process:
- Intro chat. Let us get to know each other and see if there is a good fit.
- Technical interview. Solve a practical assignment and review it with our engineers.
- Final meeting. Meet a leadership team member and hear more about our future and your role in it.
