We’re looking for a hands-on HR Specialist to join our HR team in Espoo or Tampere. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly: from preparing payroll inputs and contract documentation to onboarding new colleagues, coordinating benefits, and supporting employees in their everyday needs. This is an opportunity to step into an interesting and important yet operational role, where your attention to detail and hands-on approach directly support our people every day. If you enjoy variety and like being the go-to person for HR operations, this could be the role for you.

Here's a snapshot of what your daily responsibilities would include:

• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with providers,
• Run recruitment processes in Finland and our other European locations,
• Prepare contracts and manage documentation,
• Support onboarding and all employee lifecycle tasks,
• Maintain HR systems and employee data,
• Handle benefits administration and occupational health care collaboration in Finland,
• Be the first point of contact for employee questions in Europe,
• Coordinate events, recognition initiatives, and HR communications.

Besides your own, small global HR team, you will be supported by 80+ Tosi team members across the globe. You will report directly to the global Chief HR Officer Janita Koskiluoma, who is based in Espoo.

You might be just the person we’re looking for if these describe you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience,
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role - enough to know the ropes, but still curious to keep learning,
• Hands-on experience with payroll processes,
• Knowledge of Finnish HR practices (and if you’ve navigated HR matters in other countries like Germany or Sweden, even better!)
• Detail-oriented and highly proactive, with strong organizational skills and a positive mindset,
• Comfortable with HR systems and digital tools, and maybe even excited when there’s a new platform to try out,
• Approachable and service-minded: people know they can turn to you for help and get clear answers (not just HR jargon),
• Happy to work in a global environment, which sometimes means a later meeting or two (e.g. ending at 18:00),
• Able to join us onsite in Espoo or Tampere at least 2 days per week, we like to see each other face to face too,
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.

AND It’s even more awesome if you have experience with Humaans, Teamtailor and Netvisor, or equivalent HR systems.
