We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead IT initiatives in the Procurement domain. This position is key to driving transformation projects that support the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process. Within the Shared Service team in the Procurement division, the IT Project Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of projects related to SAP Ariba, Coupa, and SAP MM (Procurement sub-module), ensuring seamless integration and digitalization of procurement operations.

What you will do:
- Define the objectives, timelines, risks, and budgets of Procurement IT projects, ensuring alignment with Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes. Coordinate technical and business teams and monitor projects until completion.
- Manage the implementation of SAP Ariba and Coupa solutions, acting as the functional-technical lead to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Lead SAP MM (Procurement sub-module) implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and related financial systems.
- Oversee the integration of procurement platforms into enterprise systems, driving efficiency and compliance across procurement operations.
- Ensure procurement digitalization initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, applying project governance best practices.
- Establish close cooperation with Procurement stakeholders across GBS Service Lines, GET/HQ, GBS IT, and local IT, fostering trust and alignment.
- Develop, maintain, and validate project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports, while proactively managing risks and mitigation strategies.
- Drive change management in procurement processes, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption of new solutions.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Proven IT project management experience in Procurement / S2C.
- Strong expertise in SAP Ariba and Coupa deployment.
- Experience as SAP MM (Procurement sub-module) implementation lead.
- 5–10 years in IT project management with ERP/procurement systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement-related projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
