Mammoet is undergoing a global business transformation, introducing one unified way of working across all regions. While our core value chain is central to this initiative, the success of the transformation depends equally on the strength and alignment of the functions that support it.
To help these supporting functions thrive in a changing environment, we are looking for a Business Analyst who can act as a trusted advisor and enabler. In this role, you will work closely with various teams across the organization to understand their needs, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure that fit-for-purpose solutions are in place to support both daily operations and long-term goals.
As a Business Analyst, you serve as a vital link between diverse business stakeholders across multiple departments. You analyze data, processes and performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations. By collaboration and aligning business needs with effective solutions, you drive continuous improvement and support strategic decision-making within a dynamic, international environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with multiple departments to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and interviews to gather and document detailed requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between departments.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring shared understanding and successful delivery.
- Support or lead project implementation, from requirements gathering and design to testing and rollout.
- Monitor progress, manage expectations, and maintain effective communication across all project stakeholders.
- Encourage continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in an international or project-driven environment.
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
- Engage effectively with people from all levels.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Process oriented thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Able to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Map and analyze current and future state processes.
- Competitive Salary: A compensation package reflecting your expertise and contribution.
- Professional Development: Opportunities to grow and learn through access to training on Deltek, Replicon, and other leading timewriting technologies.
- Innovative Environment: A role in a forward-thinking IT department driving innovation in time registration and HR systems.
- Collaborative Culture: A supportive and dynamic work environment that values collaboration, innovation, and diversity.
