For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a long contract based in Utrecht, Netherlands

Role Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the banking and financial services IT sector.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Credit Risk management, business analysis methodologies, and IT architectures.
• The role requires collaboration with data science teams, proficiency in SQL, and exposure to AI concepts such as NLP and Generative AI (LLMs, prompting, OpenAI).
• You will be responsible for stakeholder management and supporting agile delivery practices (DevOps, SCRUM, LEAN).
• The position demands excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Competencies: Business Analysis, Digital: Data Science, PL/SQL

Essential Skills:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Experience in banking and/or financial services IT
• Experience in Credit Risk management (policy development or implementation)
• Familiarity with AI concepts, particularly NLP and Generative AI (OpenAI, LLMs, prompting)
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and IT architectures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience collaborating with data science teams
• Stakeholder management skills and agile delivery experience (DevOps, SCRUM, LEAN)
• Excellent communication skills in English
