We’re hiring a Head of Engineering to lead a 60–70+ person team building large-scale B2B SaaS & ERP platforms.

This role covers the full engineering function—architecture, backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, and data engineering. You’ll set the vision, scale high-performing teams, and drive enterprise-grade product delivery.

What we’re looking for:

✅ 14–15 years’ engineering experience, incl. 5+ years in leadership

✅ Proven track record managing 60–70 engineers

✅ Deep MERN stack expertise + AWS cloud & DevOps know-how

✅ Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and ML/AI integration

✅ Background in SaaS/ERP (not B2C) and scaling in startups
