Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager – MEP based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager – MEP will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of major construction projects. The role involves managing project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgets. The Project Manager will work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems across all stages of the project.
We are currently hiring for this role, with the successful candidate expected to join by December 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP components within construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to achieve seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication effectively.
- Drive problem-solving and decision-making processes to keep projects on track.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field, professional qualifications such as PMP are highly preferred.
- Approximately 15 years of progressive experience in MEP project management.
- Proven expertise in villa construction or residential tower development projects is an advantage.
- Previous experience with consultancy firms is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Arabic language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
