Responsibilities:
- Drive product design outcomes across diverse products and digital touch points .Deliver high quality creative designs across diverse products and devices
- Design simple solutions to complex problems.
- Produce visual design that enhances user experiences.
- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, banners, CTAs, page designs, and page flows to create effective, tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Participate (and potentially lead) cross-team conceptual development, partnering with other designers, PMs, engineers, and business teams
- Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant, with Develop wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively conceptualise and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours
- Analyses and evaluates current user interfaces and proposes usability improvements (i.e. expert reviews).
- Maintains and enforces UX style guides, UI standards, and interaction design pattern libraries.
- A portfolio showing past work is a must.
- High working proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma or similar)
- Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web based information architecture and design
- Ability to work independently, gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Natural curiosity and find inspiration beyond the screen; through the people you talk to, analogous experiences, and beyond
- Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques
- Proven ability to produce high quality user experience deliverables: storyboards, user scenarios/tasks, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- Experience working with web or app development technologies is a strong plus (HTML, CSS, JS, iOS, Android)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Experience designing services and delivering UX solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience owning projects, communicating timelines, aligning stakeholders and executing independently You confidently present a strong rationale for design decisions and rely on analytics and data (including qualitative data) to shape product decisions and track the effectiveness of change
- Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
