They are seeking Principal and Lead Product Managers who are passionate about shaping impactful technology solutions and driving large-scale digital transformation. As a senior product leader, you will define strategy, guide execution, and deliver products that make a real difference to businesses and consumers. You will partner with world-class engineers, designers, and stakeholders to launch and scale innovative digital products that serve millions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle using agile methodologies.
- Drive 0→1 product launches and scale successful products over time.
- Champion user needs, applying UX/UI design principles and user-centered design.
- Translate data and insights into actionable product decisions.
- Manage diverse stakeholders, align priorities, and influence senior decision-makers.
- Mentor and coach product managers, building a high-performing product culture.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5-10years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2C SaaS, or from hi tech companies
- Strong track record of launching, scaling, and evolving impactful digital products.
- Skilled in agile methodologies and full product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence skills.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design.
