Job Title: Remote Digital Marketing Manger - $120-$150k (Open Source DevOps)

Salary: $120k-$150k Base + Equity, Benefits & 401k

Requirements: Paid Search + Enterprise SaaS

With over 1 million monthly downloads and 100 million total downloads, we are a leader in open sourced database and DevOps tools.

Our product is used for database change automation, which syncs fluidly with DevOps and CICD pipelines.

Clients include brands like Apple, Walmart, and some of the biggest banks in the world.

We are profitable and doing around $16 million in ARR/year.

We have been in business for about 13 years and have around 100 employees.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Digital Marketing Manger experienced with:

• Paid Search (Google AdWords)
• Paid Social ( LinkedIn, big plus for Reddit, Discord, Stack Overflow)
• Enterprise SaaS
• Experience marketing products in DevOps, data engineering, databases, etc. is a big plus, but not required!
  
  

You will take a lead role and have complete ownership of our paid and social channels. We're looking for someone to take our marketing to the next level, and very open to increasing our paid budget with your proven results.

Job Duties

• Own campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and Reddit
• Build and manage audience via Metadata, 6sense, and HubSpot
• Create and test landing page copy
• Develop and implement split A/B tests and CRO tactics
• Report performance against pipeline on closed/won revenue targets
