Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process across web and mobile
• Translate advanced AI workflows into clear, elegant user experiences
• Establish and evolve a scalable design system in Figma
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship fast and iterate often
• Uphold a high standard of visual craft and interaction design
• Contribute to building the design culture from the ground up

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years designing digital products, with strength in both UX and UI
• A portfolio demonstrating simplicity, clarity, and attention to detail
• Strong experience with design systems and Figma
• Proven ability to ship products quickly while maintaining quality
• Excitement to design in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• (Bonus) Background in enterprise tools, AI, or mobile-first design
