Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Account Planning : Lead the development and periodic update of strategic account plans for key business customers, ensuring alignment with sector priorities and organization growth objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Alignment : Support the formulation and execution of commercial and sales strategies by identifying growth areas, new acquisition, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and customer-specific initiatives in connectivity and ICT services and products.
  • Performance Reporting & KPI Management : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across sales (ICT and connectivity) portfolios to insure achieving sales targets; provide insights and recommendations to enhance account performance.
  • Dashboard Development : Design, develop, and manage reports and dashboards to visualize sales trends, customer behavior, and pipeline health for internal stakeholders through Power BI, Tableau or any other tools.
  • Data-Driven Decision Support : Use data analytics to deliver actionable insights that support strategic planning, sector reviews, and leadership decision-making.
  • Customer Engagement Planning : Support planning of customer meetings, executive visits, and engagement activities in collaboration with Sector Managers and Sales Leads through CRM+ and or other tools.
  • CRM and Planning Tool Oversight : Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM systems and planning platforms, maintaining visibility of opportunities and customer interactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a liaison between account planning, sales team, product planning, marketing, CEX, billing and collection, and technical teams to ensure strategic plans are feasible and fully supported.
  • Executive Reporting : Prepare and present strategic insights, account reviews, and planning progress to BU management and executive leadership.
  • Governance and Documentation : Maintain high-quality documentation of account plans, sales initiatives, and customer roadmaps in line with internal governance and audit requirements.
