At Snax Games, creators of Parties & Puzzles, we’re exploring the future of design with a suite of AI tools that generate art content for our games. We’re looking for an Art Designer – AI Creative Lead who will own the creative process end-to-end: from concept, through AI generation, to final polished visuals. This is a hands-on design role — you’ll be directly shaping and refining the art that players see in the game.

🎨 Lead the creative process - transform ideas into visual concepts and guide AI agents in generating:

🤖 Operate and manage AI workflows, shaping outputs with your creative vision

✨ Polish results - enhancing lighting, shadows, and atmosphere to deliver high-quality, cohesive visuals

🚀 Experiment and innovate - blending AI capabilities with your design skills to push what’s possible

✔️ Strong background in 2D art design within the gaming industry

✔️ Experience turning concepts into inspiring visuals

✔️ Passion for rendering, lighting, and polish

✔️ Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.) — or curiosity to master them

✔️ Familiarity with Unity — an advantage

✔️ A creative visionary excited to define new workflows where AI and design meet

✔️ Available for part-time or full-time

✔️ Above all — hands-on and eager to dive into the art and bring it to life
