What we offer

• Up to £150k base salary plus 0.3%–0.6% equity

What we’re looking for

• 8–15 years in product, ideally from Series A–C SaaS scaleups (£10m+ revenues)
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML-powered products (LLMs, orchestration, or applied AI in SaaS)
• Mid-market SaaS, fintech, or accounting/tax domain knowledge is a strong plus
• Hands-on leader: AI-first, technically fluent, pragmatic, no ego
• London-based, in our Victoria office 3–4 days/week

• Lead and grow the product team with a clear AI focus
• Translate customer feedback into production-ready AI agents and features
• Drive prototypes from LLM experiments into robust, scalable products with engineering
