About The Team/role

Being part of the Operations team for DiDi will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies in Latam. You will be involved in the definition and execution of the business operations. Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment. Never a dull moment! You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to the growth of DiDi business in Brazil!

This data-driven role calls for a combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal ability to oversee relationships with a very valuable part of our business: our drivers and passengers.

In this role, you'll be...

• Monitor KPIs to track marketplace performance and driver and passengers behavior, acting as fast as needed to improve experience;
• Innovation mindset, to be extremely active in chasing opportunities and to be propositional in together with related peers, combining Demand and Demand views in new approaches to our users base Take ownership of 99's growth in your cities and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of our services;
• Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and adopt a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset;

• Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Business Administration or any related bachelor’s degree;
• Intermediate English;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making;
• Hands-on approach;
