- Drive innovation by assessing emerging technologies and their potential impact on the business.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to ensure technology enables both operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks are maintained.
- Demonstrated success in a CTO, CIO, or senior technology leadership role within a complex organisation.
- Proven ability to build and scale technology functions in line with growth.
- Deep knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of aligning technology with business outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership capability with highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
