What you’ll do:
- Scoping and delivering enterprise-ready AI solutions, backed by your foundational skills in AI engineering, operations and lifecycle management.
- Implementing agentic workflows, including; future state planning, tool/function calling, guardrails, handoffs, and memory/state.
- Building effective retrieval-augmented workflows to support business processes, including; optimising chunking and retrieval strategies.
- Effective usage of guardrails & safety controls to push for high quality and safe usage of AI regardless of project scale.
- Consulting acumen to run discovery and design sessions, scope Proof of Concept (PoC)/Minimum Viable Product (MVP), communicate risks/assumptions, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Proficient in programming with Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, focusing on retrieval techniques like embeddings, vector databases, and chunking strategies.
- Experienced with agentic workflows using OpenAI Agents SDK and Google ADK, plus LLM observability through tracing, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Familiar with FastAPI, Next.js, LangGraph, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) alongside security protocols like JWT and OAuth.
- Knowledgeable in various tools and frameworks including Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate, OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, MLflow, and more for AI/ML development and deployment.
- Excellence in written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for technology and a strong client focus.
