Your next career opportunity

As an Analyst (Foreign Interest) in the Transparency and Disclosure team, you'll play a crucial role in managing the University's Foreign Interest Disclosure program. You'll have the opportunity to build analytic models, report on risk indicators, interact with people making disclosures and contribute to streamlined team processes and data handling that enhance research integrity. This role offers you the chance to directly impact the University's response to government guidelines while developing your skills in data analytics and risk management in a close-knit team environment.



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Manage Data Analytics: Integrate data sources, maintain data quality, and deliver regular reports on completion rates and risk information trends.
  • Support Service Users: Manage a service queue to assist users in completing disclosures, follow up with people on their risk indicators and develop guidance materials and resources.
  • Contribute to Risk Management: Assist in drafting qualitative and quantitative reports on the institution's foreign interference risk profile.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and support other team functions.

You are a detail-oriented professional with strong data handling and analytical skills, capable of managing sensitive information while providing excellent customer service in a team-based environment.



You may also:

  • Have a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Possess strong data handling and analytical skills adaptable across various platforms.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Have experience in service-oriented administration and support.
  • Show high-level organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Be proficient in creating data reports and visualisations using tools like PowerBI and Microsoft Excel.
