Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own, build, and scale our customer communications from the ground up. You’ll be the one writing the playbooks, setting up automations, testing hypotheses, and making sure our emails and SMS actually move the business.

We are looking for someone who is driven and wants to make an impact in the Fintech industry, so no worries if you don’t match all the points below. We offer full mentorship on working with our tech stack.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, web push notifications).
• Set up the reporting and dashboards to know if campaigns actually work.
• Run A/B/C tests to figure out what moves the needle, and kill what doesn’t.
• Dig into data to spot trends and opportunities.
• Own experimentation: ideate, test, learn, repeat.
• Get hands dirty with copywriting - short, conversion-driving messages.
• Learn and master our CRM platform to automate comms and set up experiments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Creative teams.
• Constantly propose new ideas and back them up with data.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• You’re numbers-driven - you like to know the impact of what you do.
• Excel (or sheets, SQL, or any analytics tool) is second nature to you.
• You’re excited about A/B testing (or better yet, run a few).
• You’ve got a marketing brain: you understand customer perspective.
• You’re comfortable with the new tools and workflows.
• You thrive in “do more with less” environments and don’t wait for someone to hand you instructions.
• Bonus points if you’ve used CRM tools to set up automations or tests before.
