Looking for a Technical Co-Founder

SmartLoom is on a mission to bring smart home solutions to every household. I’m now looking for a co-founder with strong skills in JavaScript and software development to join this journey.

🔹 About the role

• Remote position with regular online meetings
• Full co-founder responsibilities: making decisions, building technology, and shaping the future of SmartLoom
• You’ll work side by side with the CEO to grow the company from the ground up

🔹 Instead of a traditional salary, I’m offering:

• 45%-50% equity ownership, distributed progressively (10% vested each year until full allocation)
• Co-founder title and a real say in all company decisions
• Future salary and profit share once revenue and funding grow

🔹 What I’m looking for in you

• Strong background in JavaScript (React, Node.js, or similar frameworks).
• Broad knowledge of other development areas: backend, APIs, databases, cloud, and IoT.
• Ability to design and build scalable solutions from MVP to production.
• An entrepreneurial mindset – you want to create, not just code.
• You naturally ask: “What’s best for SmartLoom?” and think about long-term success.
• Comfortable working remotely, managing your own schedule, and committing to regular meetings.
• Someone who sees challenges as opportunities and is ready to take ownership.
