Product Manager (all levels) – Sportsbook

The role

Sports betting is one of the most exciting areas in our industry - and we’re ready to take ours to the next level. Today, we run on an iFrame solution, but our vision is to build our very own Sportsbook frontend platform from scratch. As Product Manager Sportsbook, you’ll lead this transformation: designing a custom frontend, connecting it to an external backend system, and working closely with providers to integrate odds and data. The goal: create a differentiated Sportsbook experience with unique features, a custom layout, and even AI-powered recommendations.

Your mission

Build and own the roadmap for our in-house Sportsbook frontend platform

Define requirements for a custom frontend and ensure seamless integration with the provider’s backend

Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and external providers

Ensure stability, speed, and scalability of the Sportsbook product

Drive user engagement with innovative features and personalized betting experiences

Monitor KPIs such as usability, conversion, retention, and bet volume to guide iteration

Communicate vision, priorities, and progress clearly across stakeholders

About You

We believe great Product Managers don’t all look the same. Whether you bring years of industry expertise or are early in your career but eager to learn fast - this role could be the right fit. For this position, technical product experience and a genuine passion for sports and betting are especially valuable.

What You Bring

Motivation to work hard and take responsibility

Ability to prioritize effectively and stay on top of things

A self-starter mindset and strong sense of ownership

Genuine passion for sports and betting - you follow sports closely and ideally have placed online bets yourself, giving you a real player perspective

Technical product experience, ideally in platform or system-heavy environments

Strong communication skills

Fluency in English (German is a plus, not a must)

Affinity for KPIs and data-driven decision making

Even better if

You have direct experience in Sports Betting, iGaming, or Fintech

You bring a background in Product or Project Management for technical products
