Senior HR Generalist - Complex Global Environment
Our client, a well-established international corporation, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist from a financial services or complex corporate environment. This role offers the opportunity to support a sophisticated global workforce while driving operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions.
The Environment
You'll be working within a complex organizational structure that requires someone who understands corporate HR delivery at scale. This isn't a small company HR role - you'll be supporting employees across multiple countries with varying regulatory requirements, complex reporting structures, and sophisticated HR processes.
This environment requires someone who inherently understands:
- Multi-layered organizational complexity and stakeholder management
- Regulatory compliance across different jurisdictions
- Sophisticated HRIS systems and process-driven operations
- The pace and precision required in corporate environments
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead global HR systems consolidation project currently underway
- Manage complex employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries
- Support sophisticated payroll operations working with internal specialists
- Handle complex employee queries requiring knowledge of international employment law
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Manage visa applications, global mobility, and international transfers
- Maintain accurate employee data across multiple systems and jurisdictions
The Person We're Seeking
- 3+ years corporate HR generalist experience
- Financial services, banking, insurance, or similar complex corporate background essential
- HRIS systems experience - implementation or complex system management
- Multi-country/jurisdiction experience preferred
- Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Stakeholder management skills across different levels and locations
What's On Offer
- Salary: €50,000-€60,000

- Dublin 2 location. Onsite for first 6 months with 2 WFH days after.
