Talent Acquisition Project Manager – Oradea
We’re looking for someone who can quickly understand how systems work, organize information effectively, and drive recruitment projects from concept to execution.
You’ll join a team building a new kind of recruitment agency — one where most processes are digital, automated, and powered by AI. Your role will sit at the intersection of operations, marketing, and data, ensuring that every campaign runs smoothly and delivers measurable results.
What you’ll do:
• Plan and coordinate candidate acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, TikTok, job boards, influencer partnerships);
• Oversee candidate pre-screening workflows and ensure a smooth, structured recruitment process;
• Collect, organize, and analyze performance data to identify insights and areas for improvement;
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to continuously refine recruitment processes.
