If so, Elekta invites you to join our Global Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based at Elekta’s head office in Stockholm Sweden. This is a temporary assignment to cover for one of our colleagues on maternity leave.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be a trusted business partner and subject matter expert, guiding and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey. You’ll ensure a smooth, successful, and compliant process for all candidates while upholding Elekta’s values and commitment to being an equal opportunity employer. You will be part of an amazing team and will report to the Director Global Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner and point of contact for hiring managers and candidates assigned job requisitions
  • Guide hiring managers through every step of the recruitment process
  • Drive and maintain a successful, compliant recruitment workflow, following best practices and Elekta’s standards
  • Keep job requisitions updated in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday), ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Continuously contribute to process improvements and share best practices to optimize recruitment outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • University degree (BSc or higher) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle talent acquisition in a complex, international setting
  • Practical knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday)
  • Strong skills in using Copilot 365
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, respectful, and constructive, both verbally and in writing
  • Well-organized, with outstanding time management and prioritization abilities
