Position: Growth Marketing Specialist (ICO/IDO/DeFi)

iZOBi is an international blockchain company developing a digital ecosystem that integrates everyday on-demand services with cryptocurrency payments. The platform enables users to request services such as home cleaning, childcare, or repair and settle transactions using iZOBi tokens. With the upcoming pre-sale and ICO campaigns, the company is seeking to expand its global presence and is opening the position of Growth Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement growth strategies for pre-sale, ICO/IDO and DeFi campaigns.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with crypto media platforms, launchpads, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Manage and optimize bounty, referral, and affiliate programs to increase adoption.
• Coordinate public relations activities, including community events, AMAs, and media engagements.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reporting to management.

Candidate Profile

• Practical involvement in ICO/IDO/DeFi projects (marketing, community building, or related functions).
• Thorough understanding of tokenomics, referral models, and incentive-based growth mechanisms.
• Established participation in crypto communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc.).
• Professional network within the blockchain sector (investors, influencers, media) considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: USD 180,000 – 240,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
• Performance Bonus: up to USD 50,000 annually, based on KPIs.
• Equity and Token Incentives: allocation of iZOBi tokens during pre-sale/ICO.
