About the Role
Bomaksan is an international technology company specializing in industrial air filtration and ventilation solutions. This role will act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and technical sales operations, discovering new market opportunities, managing product strategies, and increasing the number of qualified proposals to achieve Bomaksan’s growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Market and Customer Development: Conduct comprehensive research on new customer and market opportunities and manage lead generation processes through various agencies and platforms.
· Partnership Management: Build a prospect pool for potential partners, pre-qualify them, and co-own the onboarding process with the Channel Sales team. Develop enablement kits and quarterly joint business plans to ensure a successful partnership.
· Sales and Growth: Drive volume growth with active partners through campaigns, training, and joint customer visits. Join discovery sessions with the sales team, sharpen briefs, and coordinate with the Technical Solutions & Project Design teams to implement new sales tools.
· Performance and Coordination: While there's no direct closing quota, you will be accountable for the qualification, acceleration, and scaling of leads. Manage the qualification, SAL/SQL conversion, and tracking of leads via the CRM system.
· Strategic Planning: Prepare market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to support product portfolio development. Create country/segment playbooks, target account lists, go-to-market plans, and strategies for association/event participation.
· Communication and Collaboration: Grow partner channels (Distributor, OEM, WhiteLabel, Solution Partner) and manage the onboarding of new partners. Coordinate closely with the marketing team on content briefs, product launches, and event plans. Establish a feedback loop to improve MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) quality by testing different sources and messages.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development and/or Product Management
· At least 3 years of experience in the industrial ventilation or air filtration sector is a plus
· Advanced English is required; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
· Proficiency in CRM systems
· B-class driving license and willingness to travel frequently (domestic & international)
