✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Conducting the necessary reviews and controls to ensure the implementation of Information Security Policies and Procedures,

• Developing and implementing information security and risk management strategies,

• Carrying out risk assessments for information systems and business processes, and developing risk management plans,

• Periodically reviewing information security risks based on legislation, national and international standards, and following up on action plans to resolve findings,

• Executing controls and reporting related to information security in accordance with legislation, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT), and the Board of Directors,

• Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of logs,

• Defining access levels for internal end users and external service providers for network/server/application/automation/data; documenting user account and password policies and the institution’s Information Security policies,

• Taking necessary preventive and corrective measures to prevent information security breaches,

• Periodically conducting Information Security Assessment activities,

• Ensuring all system backups are stored in an accessible manner and in compliance with regulations,

• Periodically evaluating the effectiveness and adequacy of external services,

• Managing access for external services,

• Collaborating with business units, member merchants, and internal/external auditors to meet control and compliance requirements in order to ensure service excellence,

• Analyzing the needs arising from information security-related activities and controls and ensuring necessary improvements are made,

• Conducting periodic Information Security audits and penetration testing activities,

• Preparing, updating, and associating information security inventories with risks,

• Engaging in activities to raise Information Security awareness.

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field (preferably),

• At least 3 years of experience in information security and risk management,

• Preferably hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks (CBRT, BRSA, MASAK, KVKK),

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interact with team members at all levels,

• Excellent communication and presentation skills,

• Ability to take initiative and work independently under tight deadlines,

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously,

• Having one or more of the following certifications is a plus: CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.
