Who You Are
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized individual with strong ownership skills and a passion for driving results.
- 3+ years of experience in software project management, preferably in digital commerce
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms or digital commerce ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Prior experience managing global accounts or multi-client projects is a strong plus
- Excellent command of English - both written and spoken (you’ll be leading English-speaking client projects)
- A good understanding of digital commerce and key performance metrics
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Basic understanding of databases or operating systems (e.g., MsSQL) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical thinking skills
- Proactive attitude with conflict resolution capability
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and team spirit
You Will
As a Project Manager, you will take a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects — on time and aligned with client needs. This position offers the opportunity to lead global e-commerce projects, managing both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading client meetings (kick-off), understanding their needs, and defining project scope and objectives
- Estimating and planning resources; coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants
- Developing full-scale project plans, including timelines and milestones, using tools like Jira
- Communicating project expectations and progress effectively with all involved parties
- Identifying and prioritizing risks to project delivery and developing proactive risk responses
- Managing and resolving issues or conflicts among internal and external teams
- Handling changes in project scope, resources, and timelines with agility
- Tracking milestones and deliverables; ensuring regular communication with stakeholders
- Owning on-time delivery and project profitability; preparing and managing budgets
- Producing and delivering progress reports, documentation, and presentations
- Overseeing quality control and UAT testing throughout the project life cycle
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating project team members to drive high performance
