Our team is looking for new team members as "SAP Project Manager'' for İstanbul office to be part of our expanding practice.

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, commerce, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance and/or other related major
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the SAP domain, including numerous years of hands-on functional experience
• A minimum of 4 years of SAP project management/program management experience, covering a minimum of 2 full-cycle projects
• Strong experience with S4 HANA
• Performed a Workstream Lead role, Cutover Manager or Test Manager role across multiple S/4 Hana engagements
• Have strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology & SAP Solution Manager
• An interest in staying abreast of SAP and project management trends
• Experienced in ‘Agile’ Delivery methods
• PMP or other related project management certifications is a plus
• The ability to effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
• Experience with (leading) proposal writing and preparing and delivering orals presentations
• Great communication skills, strong stakeholder management and relationship building
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Strong written and verbal client-facing communication and presentation skills; should be comfortable interacting both in Turkish and English with clients daily

Role Description

• Shaping and leading key work streams within large S/4 Hana program engagements
• Managing and delivering workstream responsibilities during the end to end implementations, including the development of workstream plans and objectives
• Drive and support business development and sales pursuits within the SAP space
• Assist with developing methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view and thought leadership to accelerate growth
• Actively invest in and mentor team members on and off projects to create a followership and to expand our expertise and capabilities, including acting as a liaison and increasing collaboration with our offshore team
• Assessment of project risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
• Strong scoping/estimation, problem solving, troubleshooting and technical experience with the ability to root cause issues to solve complex problems for our clients
• Developing and managing excellent relationships with client stakeholders
• Being actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
