Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress themes to meet client specifications and business needs.
- Create, test, and maintain WordPress plugins to enhance site functionality.
- Ensure the successful integration of back-end services with the front-end of WordPress applications.
- Conduct website performance tests and implement optimization measures for speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to improve the usability of websites.
- Monitor website accessibility, ensuring compatibility across diverse browsers and devices.
- Utilize best practices in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to produce clean, efficient code.
- Identify bugs and solve issues to maintain high standards of site performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in the team.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in WordPress development.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on WordPress.
- Proficiency in developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
- Thorough understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with server-side languages, especially PHP and MySQL.
- Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles and techniques.
