Key Responsibilities
- Administration of the onshore and offshore personnel database for Monitoring.
- Administration of Certificates and Course Diplomas for Monitoring.
- Project roster planning and support.
- Collaborate across divisions to stay aligned on company-wide roster planning.
- Project journey management.
- Manage and support project procurement and logistics, including the shipment of project equipment.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of procedures both in projects and in the company management system.
- Assist with project HSEQ procedures and templates.
- Participate in Project Risk Assessments.
Technical or administrative background, Bachelor level or equivalent.
Skills
Systematic, structured, highly organized, and good collaboration and communication skills. Proficient in both English and Norwegian.
Experience And Knowledge
Knowledge of the following standards and regulations: Working Environment Act.
