Public markets run on verifiable, auditable information. That’s the bar Versance already meets: we transform official disclosures and company content into structured knowledge with provenance, confidence, and freshness—so executives and boards can rely on the output.

Crypto and tokenized assets are entering the same phase: bigger counterparties, clearer rules, real operational risk. Governance actions move balance sheets; treasuries and vesting drive supply; tokenization brings legal terms on-chain. Yet the data lives across explorers, forums, governance portals, PDFs, and repos—rich but unstandardized. The opportunity is to make crypto default-verifiable: normalize the facts, preserve provenance, expose them through clean interfaces, and make decisions audit-ready.

Versance Crypto is that effort. We’ll bring a compliance-grade standard to on-chain activity and governance by building:

• a provenance-first knowledge layer (on-chain records, protocol docs, proposals/votes, treasuries, vesting),
• governance integrations (e.g., Snapshot/Tally) that standardize decision flows, and
• interfaces (API + assistant) that return citation-backed answers with clear confidence and freshness context.

It’s the same discipline that earned Versance credibility with public companies—now applied where crypto is going: institutional, regulated, and accountable.

We’re hiring

1) Founding President, Versance Crypto (Product Development Leadership)

What you’ll lead

• End-to-end solution development: data model/ontology, ingestion pipelines, normalization, and API surfaces.
• Governance integrations: standardize proposals, delegates, outcomes, treasuries, and vesting into comparable objects.
• Data quality and reliability: provenance tracking, versioning, confidence/freshness indicators, observability, incident response.
• External execution: coordinate indexers, data providers, and protocol teams; unblock delivery across organizations.
• Team and operating cadence: build a small, senior team; establish documentation, runbooks, and release criteria suitable for institutional users.

Experience we value

• Shipped crypto data/indexing, governance, or tokenization products (subgraphs/indexers, DAO tooling, research/analytics).
• Strong execution leadership: architecture decisions, critical-path delivery, and clean cutovers to production.
• Depth in data modeling (graph/columnar stores), pipelines/ETL, and service reliability.
• Comfortable engaging foundations/DAOs, RWA/tokenization teams, and enterprise stakeholders.

2) Advisors (2–3 roles; 2–4 hrs/month each)

A. On-Chain Data / Knowledge Graph & Governance

• Background in blockchain indexing, subgraphs/graph DBs, or governance platforms.
• Advise on schema/ontology for protocols, proposals, delegates, treasuries, and vesting; review ingestion strategy; open ecosystem doors.

B. Tokenization / Regulatory (RWA)

• Senior operator or policy lead from tokenized assets or regulated crypto.
• Translate regulatory expectations into practical data and product guardrails; shape RWA taxonomy and partnerships.

C. Data Integrity / Compliance Analytics

• Experience where methodology and auditability define trust (e.g., risk/forensics/market structure analytics)
• Advise on evidence handling, confidence/freshness labeling, and review workflows fit for institutional scrutiny.

What success looks like

• Production-ready systems used by protocols/foundations or tokenization teams in day-to-day operations.
• Normalized, comparable data for governance and treasuries with clear provenance and update discipline.
• Interfaces teams adopt (API/assistant) because they reduce ambiguity and stand up to audit.
