The Role
Our HR foundations are being rebuilt from the ground up. Handbooks, policies, and practices across Singapore and overseas entities all need a hard look and a fresh start where required. We’re looking for someone hands-on and resourceful who can support the day-to-day operations, spot what’s broken, and fix it.
Key Scope
- Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, leave & benefits, HRIS.
- Support for HR policies, handbooks, and HR practices
- Be the first line of HR advice for managers and staff.
- Support process improvements so HR scales as we grow.
- Solve problems, not push paper: be the first point of contact for HR ops issues, working through them with sound judgment.
- Work across borders: support multiple entities, ensuring consistency while respecting local labour laws.
- Partner with vendors: payroll, benefits, Employer of Record providers.
- Drive improvements: streamline HR processes so they scale with business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of Singapore employment law.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and resourceful; willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Able to handle complexity and ambiguity, and still push work forward.
- Strong communication skills; able to work with both employees and management.
- Only Singaporeans & PR will be considered
