The Role

Our HR foundations are being rebuilt from the ground up. Handbooks, policies, and practices across Singapore and overseas entities all need a hard look and a fresh start where required. We’re looking for someone hands-on and resourceful who can support the day-to-day operations, spot what’s broken, and fix it.



Key Scope

  • Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, leave & benefits, HRIS.
  • Support for HR policies, handbooks, and HR practices
  • Be the first line of HR advice for managers and staff.
  • Support process improvements so HR scales as we grow.
  • Solve problems, not push paper: be the first point of contact for HR ops issues, working through them with sound judgment.
  • Work across borders: support multiple entities, ensuring consistency while respecting local labour laws.
  • Partner with vendors: payroll, benefits, Employer of Record providers.
  • Drive improvements: streamline HR processes so they scale with business growth.



What We’re Looking For

  • Good understanding of Singapore employment law.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and resourceful; willing to roll up your sleeves.
  • Able to handle complexity and ambiguity, and still push work forward.
  • Strong communication skills; able to work with both employees and management.
  • Only Singaporeans & PR will be considered
