Project Manager

My client is a leading global investor scaling the use of AI across the investment lifecycle. They are actively looking for an AVP-level AI Project Manager to join their Investment Insights team, driving delivery of AI initiatives with direct exposure to investment and technology stakeholders.

You'll be working on the following:

• Managing the full lifecycle of AI projects – from ideation and feasibility through to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Running program governance including milestone tracking, risk management and inter-team dependency resolution.
• Liaising with Data Scientists, Engineers and Product Managers to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
• Producing and maintaining delivery artefacts such as roadmaps, dashboards and senior stakeholder updates.

Ideally, they’re looking for someone with the following:

• 3+ years’ experience in project or program management within technology or finance.
• Familiarity with Agile and delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, PMI, PRINCE2).
• Proven track record managing budgets for AI tools, cloud platforms and external vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
