Junior Product Manager

Position: Product Manager

Start Date: 1st December, 2024

Location: Tiny Miracles, Amsterdam

Responsibilities:

• Creating Brief Documents: Prepare detailedproduct specification documents using tools such as PowerPoint, Pinterest (and a tape measure).
• Artwork and Mock-Ups: Brief and manage artwork files for products (labels, packaging, and textile prints) to ensure top-notch designs.
• Sample Management: Manage the entire sample process—archiving, sending to clients, and facilitating feedback to the production team.
• Client Communication & Administration: Ensure smooth communication with our clients (such as Rituals, Rijksmuseum, Heineken & Tony’s) regarding product details, timelines, and updates. As well as assisting with client-supplier administration tasks.
• Pricing & Quotes: Collaborate with the operations team & account management on pricing.
• General Project Management: Track and chase updates from the production team, coordinate with account management, and maintain an overview of all projects ongoing inthe product development team (via SharePoint).
• Team Support: Offer assistance on ad-hoc projects and take part in problem solving.

Requirements:

• You have experience in product and/or project management and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• You are highly organized and can balance creative and operational tasks seamlessly.
• You can work independently while being a strong team player.
• You have excellent communication skills and can liaise effectively between teams and clients.
• You are familiar with pricing, supplier documents, and production processes.
• You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools.
• You have a proactive, positive attitude and are ready to step in wherever needed.
• You are based in or near Amsterdam and are available to work 32 hours a week.
