Position Overview:

The Capital Markets Associate will support Plural Energy’s capital-raising initiatives for renewable energy issuers. Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, this role will focus on sourcing, relationship management, and execution of fundraising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of investor outreach strategies and fundraising initiatives.
• Assist in cultivating relationships with institutional investors, family offices, broker-dealers, and wealth managers.
• Conduct market research and prepare investor-facing materials.
• Manage CRM systems and investor pipelines.
• Help coordinate due diligence processes and respond to investor inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams on fundraising strategy and reporting.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, infrastructure finance, or financial services.
• Experience in capital formation at renewable energy and infrastructure companies strongly preferred.
• Strong interest in renewable energy, private markets, or blockchain.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel/financial modeling and presentation development.
