We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Network Specialist to join our growing team. This position focuses on firewall configuration, ISP network support, and maintaining secure, reliable connectivity. The ideal candidate is both competent and coachable, with a strong understanding of networking fundamentals and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls (Meraki and/or Palo Alto preferred)
• Provide ISP network support and ensure network reliability
• Apply deep understanding of the OSI model and networking fundamentals to solve problems
• Work closely with team members to ensure network security and optimal performance
• Understand the “why” behind processes and not just follow steps — identify and implement improvements
• Assist in designing and implementing network solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Networking certification required (CCNA strongly preferred; Palo Alto or Meraki certifications a plus)
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining firewalls
• Solid knowledge of the OSI model and networking protocols
• Experience providing ISP/network support
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues proactively
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• Meraki or Palo Alto firewall certification
• Familiarity with enterprise network security best practices
• Experience in a fast-paced or service provider environment
