Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts, security, configurations, updates, and patches and ensure system availability and SLA compliance.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and escalate issues and maintain accurate records and progress updates.
  • Maintain knowledge base, support ITIL processes, and improve procedures.
  • Troubleshoot Linux apps, distributed systems, and Java apply scripting skills, collaborate with internal teams and customers.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the related field.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cyber security.
  • Solid scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Arabic and/or French language skills are an advantage.
