Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts, security, configurations, updates, and patches and ensure system availability and SLA compliance.
- Diagnose, resolve, and escalate issues and maintain accurate records and progress updates.
- Maintain knowledge base, support ITIL processes, and improve procedures.
- Troubleshoot Linux apps, distributed systems, and Java apply scripting skills, collaborate with internal teams and customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the related field.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cyber security.
- Solid scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Arabic and/or French language skills are an advantage.
