Additional Qualifications:

·      Certification in Kubernetes, such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), is highly desirable.

·      Certification in one or more cloud platforms, such as OCI Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect, is a plus.

·      Certification in security domains, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), is a plus.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile environments.

·      Continuous learning mindset to stay current with the latest cloud technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications

·      Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD and IaC.

·      Extensive experience managing Kubernetes components and concepts, such as clusters, pods, services, deployments, persistent volumes, and stateful sets.

·      Deep expertise in Istio for enabling advanced traffic management, security, and observability features in Kubernetes.

·      Proven experience implementing GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD for immutable infrastructure.

·      Skilled in performance tuning and dynamically scaling Kubernetes clusters to handle high-traffic and resource-intensive workloads.

·      Expertise in Kubernetes security best practices, including RBAC, network policies, pod security policies, and secrets management.

·      Strong understanding of Git version control system and its integration with Kubernetes workflows.

·      Knowledgeable about container registries and artifact repositories.

·      Proficient in monitoring and logging solutions for Kubernetes, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and the ELK stack.

·      Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple cloud platforms, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Huawei Cloud.

·      Experience developing and managing landing zones, including the setup of governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

·      Expertise in IaC tools, such as Terraform and Ansible, for automating cloud resource provisioning and configuration management.

·      Familiar with chaos engineering principles and tools for testing the resilience and security of applications and infrastructure.
