Responsibilities
• Managing the company’s advertising budget by creating media plans, negotiating rates with vendors, and selecting appropriate media channels
- To develop and implement Advertising, PR, and Marketing (Print, Media, Social media) plans and strategies. Brand Development; Identify Target Customers; Set Clear Objectives; Visual Design and Web Development Strategy; Solid Content Strategy; Promotion Strategy; Engagement Strategy; Conversion Strategy.
- Measure and analyze to Establish ROI on Customer / Audience Growth, Customer / Audience Profile, Customer / Audience Engagement, Content Reach, Engagement by Content Type, Leads, Response Rate, and Quality, Negative Feedback, Develop, implement and manage our PR, marketing and social media strategy.
- Manage and oversee content (social media, Print Media, Intranet, and Internet) and Measure the success of every campaign.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement, SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic, Usage of Google Analytics
- Cultivation of leads and sales through Print / Media / Social Media /Advertising
- Reputation management
- Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print, and digital marketing, and manage and oversee all social advertising campaigns.
- Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand our digital presence
- Recruitment and maintenance of media partnerships; Manage PR and press relations
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of various communications (email, social media, blogs, etc.)
- Owning and managing the Website Management (Internet and Intranet) and mobile platform content – look/feel/content.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in the same field and role.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in Law firm and legal field.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Excellent Communications Skiles
