Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer who lives and breathes creativity. You’ll collaborate with our Creative Lead and Product teams to design impactful digital campaigns and support new growth initiatives through compelling, delightful visuals.
With your skills in design, illustration, and animation, you’ll elevate our creative output by producing conversion-focused, visually stunning, and interactive digital marketing assets that captivate and inspire.
- Elevate visual design quality. Boost and refine the creative team’s overall design standards and processes, fostering a pixel-perfect mindset. You will report directly to our Design Lead and Head of Creatives, with the mission of making a real impact on the quality and diversity of all design collateral.
- Collaborate and create. Work closely with marketers, video creators, product managers, developers, fellow designers, and clients to brainstorm, strategize, and deliver a wide range of materials, including digital marketing assets, web pages, presentations, internal communications, and newsletters.
- Maintain brand consistency. Ensure that each client’s branding and visual language is applied consistently across all platforms and materials.
- Leverage trends and insights. Use trend intelligence, along with an understanding of current and historical business and market contexts, to design and execute effective, forward-thinking solutions.
- An experienced creative and visual designer with an unconditional passion for everything visual design: layout, typography, branding, and motion. You bring 3+ years of experience working in a product company or a design agency and have a strong portfolio to showcase your skills.
- Excellent eye for detail — essential. You are a perfectionist and a pixel-perfect designer with extreme attention to detail.
- Proficient in current design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Illustrator.
- A multi-platform designer, experienced in online marketing, branding, web design, and with a strong orientation toward UX.
- A team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, who embraces an iterative process and responds well to feedback.
- A trend-tracker, always up to date with the latest visual design practices and passionate about expanding your skill set.
- Bonus: experience in motion/video design.
- You have a compelling portfolio that demonstrates your versatility across a wide range of creative projects.
