They are looking for a new team member to join their UK team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development process of VR games, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your missions, should you choose to accept them:

• Lead and manage the game development project team, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all game components: work with game designers, developers, artists, and quality assurance teams to ensure consistent project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
• Ensure that all games are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery. Ensure that projects meet industry standards and client expectations for gaming experiences.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork.
  
  

Exigences

And you ?

• At least 4 years of experience as a game producer, with proven experience in VR game development.
• Strong technical knowledge of VR game development tools and technologies, including Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience leading teams and managing budgets.
• Ability to identify and manage risks, and to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with expected project management skills, relevant software, and tools such as Jira, workflows, release planning, prioritization, backlog management, project planning, resource management/planning, timelines, scheduling, and Gantt charts.
• A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of current gaming trends and genres.
