The platform will enhance climate risk management through advanced modelling and geospatial capabilities, while enriching mandatory disclosure reporting.
Initial engagement will be for 9 to 12 months with a view to extend.

Key Responsibilities
8–11 years in systems analysis and agile project delivery within large-scale enterprise environments, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.

Objective
Facilitate agile delivery and ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions for the climate risk insights platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for a single squad, facilitating agile rituals and fostering collaboration.
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to capture, analyse, and translate requirements into actionable user stories.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritisation aligned with project objectives.
- Ensure delivery progress is tracked, risks are managed, and dependencies are resolved.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and data teams to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
