Tasks / Responsibilities

As part of our local IT team, you will support daily operations in our Lausanne office:

  • Install new PCs and reinstall existing ones
  • Perform secure destruction of old equipment (low-level format)
  • Provide first-line support to Lausanne employees
  • Assist with server and printer maintenance
  • Manage IT inventory (update records, ensure stock of standard equipment, etc.)

Profile

  • EPFL student with an interest in IT support/systems administration
  • Autonomous, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable with Windows environment and basic troubleshooting

Workload

  • Minimum 4 hours per week guaranteed
  • Possibility to extend depending on company needs

Location

  • Lausanne (on-site)
