The Role: This Government Department is seeking a Fullstack Azure Developer to be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing applications for the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

The Responsibilities

Strong capability across both front-end and back-end development, with deep expertise in modern frameworks, cloud services and data platforms.
Build user-centric applications leveraging React for intuitive interfaces, Cosmos DB for highly available and distributed data storage, and Azure B2C for seamless identity and access management.
Implement and optimise Azure Synapse Analytics within a Medallion tier data architecture to support advanced analytics, and data-driven decision making.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, an ability to work collaboratively within delivery teams, and the technical acumen to design solutions that balance functionality, performance and security.
Deliver clear communication skills to translate business requirements into scalable technical outcomes, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices.

Skills & Experience Required

7+ year’s experience in Fullstack Development across front-end and back-end technologies, having proficiency in React and related JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, particularly Comos DB, Azure AD B2C, Azure Synapse Analytics.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, GIT repositories, and automated deployment in Azure DevOps, with Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs, microservices and integrating with cloud services.
Hands on experience designing and implementing solutions within a medallion tier architecture.
Understanding of cloud security, identity and access management principles.
