This is more than just a summer job; it’s a chance to work on challenging, impactful projects that affect millions of people. You’ll be part of a team designing, testing, and deploying software that is critical to Google’s success, from developing cutting-edge AI to ensuring the stability of massive systems.


To apply to this programme through EmployAbility, you need to be a student with a disability, neurodivergence, mental health, or long-term health condition. EmployAbility will provide personalised support throughout the entire application, interview, and onboarding process to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.


We're looking for students who:

  • Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field in the EMEA region.
  • Are in their penultimate year (graduating in 2027) and will return to their studies after the internship.
  • Have experience with data structures or algorithms.
  • Are proficient in at least one of these languages: Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Have the legal right to work in Switzerland.
  • Are available for a 13- to 17-week full-time internship between May and October 2026.
